Quirrell steps down into the cart and sits nodding at you to follow. You carefully situate yourself in the remaining spot and glance nervously back to Quirrell.
Before you can catch his eye again, the goblin pulls the lever, and you are thrown back into your seat. The force of the cart rocketing down the tracks brings tears to your eyes. Your stomach lurches, and you suddenly feel grateful that you skipped breakfast.
The cart takes turn after turn and you find yourself growing increasingly disoriented. Just as you are about to ask Quirrell to make it stop, the cart comes to an abrupt halt. You slide forward and slump into the goblin, who turns and looks at you disapprovingly.
“This way, please.” The goblin says as he steps out of the cart and walks over to a door in a nearby alcove.
Stopping in front of a large door, the goblin turns to face Quirrell. “Key, please.” he says, holding out his small gnarled hand.
Quirrell begins to pat his robes and look thru his pockets. He catches your eye and winks. You understand that Quirrell is trying to communicate that now is the time to execute his plan.
